http://www.nf.org.tw/custom_36637.html 電燒灼法治療皮膚神經纖維瘤 電燒灼法治療皮膚神經纖維瘤 電燒灼法治療皮膚神經纖維瘤 電燒灼法 (electrodessication) 是一種用於治療皮膚的腫瘤常見的方法。皮膚的基底細胞瘤(basal cell carcinoma)或是濕疣(condylomata)等贅生物，可以使用電燒灼法來治療。在最新一期的醫學雜誌(Journal of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery)報導，使用電燒灼法 (electrodessication)治療皮膚神經纖維瘤的病患滿意度。其摘要如下:  簡介 神經纖維瘤第一型(NF1)是一種顯性遺傳疾病，它在身上常會長數以百計的皮膚神經纖維瘤。這些小腫瘤除了會產生局部的疼痛及搔癢外，這並對於心理社會層面影響巨大。 目前對於治療這樣的皮膚神經纖維瘤仍然沒有共識。在這裡我們報告一群接受電燒灼法治療之後的NF1病患的臨床及病患的自評報告。  研究方法 資料來源是回顧從2012年到2015年，在英國倫敦一家醫院(Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, 369 Fulham Road, London, SW10 9NH, UK)接受電燒灼法治療的NF1病患的病歷。我們使用患者滿意度調查表來評估必病患的臨床及患者自評的報告。  結果 總共有6個NF1的病人(5女1男)接受。在接受電燒灼法這種新的治療法之前(即是以一般外科開刀治療)，平均有八次（範圍4-20）接受局部麻醉下取出一到五個皮膚神經纖維瘤。而以本次介紹的電燒灼法治療時，患者接受全身麻醉下的電燒灼法治療平均只有3次（範圍1-5），每次可以治療數百個皮膚神經纖維瘤。所有的治療均在一天內完成。這6名患者中有一名患者，受了輕微的傷口感染，另一個輕微出血。這6名患者，有五位認為他們比較願意接受電燒灼法，而不是外科開刀治療。  結論 燒灼法治療能使數百個神經纖維瘤在一次的手術中得到切除。這個治療的併發症很低，臨床及病患自評的效果良好。   參考資料: Lutterodt CG1, Mohan A2, Kirkpatrick N2.
